The Credit Memo Usage Report displays the credit memos that have been used during a specific period of time (Administration > Reports > Accounting > Accounts Receivable > Credit Memo Usage). The report includes a link to open the credit memo, and a link to open the customer account.


 - Accounting Period: Accounting periods are created, closed, and reopened using the Periods tab on the Accounting Setup screen.

 - Credit Memo Reason: A credit memo reason is added to a credit memo to determine which GL account is impacted.
