Step by Step:

Are you creating a new job that is similar to one that already exists?

Use the Create Copy of this Job button on the Preview tab of the Job screen to copy an existing job, and then make any necessary changes to the job.

Step 1: Open the job you want to copy (Administration > Job Costing > Search Jobs > Open the job).

Step 2: Open the Preview tab.

Step 3: Click the Create Copy of this Job button at the top of the screen.

Step 4: Click Yes on the message that appears. The system opens the copied job.

Step 5: Make the necessary changes to the job.
